Double room used as single 50% extra charge.
Only 1-2 overnight stay will be added by 7 Euro per person and day.
Written reservations with a pre-payment of 30% total prices are binding for us.

a cancellation the pre-payment will be withold as cancellation fee.
The final bill can be paid also with cash -or credit card, except American
